Our drop in centre is where all are valued and no one is labelled and are known by their names.
- It is a place where you can sit and relax on comfy seats and enjoy free cups of tea or coffee and cake or biscuits. A place to make friends.
- It is a place where it is understood that we are all on a sliding scale of mental wellbeing and where it is possible to access help from the Council’s mental health team without referral.
- It is a place where adults of any faith and none are welcome to belong, to reduce social isolation and deal with the causes of mental and emotional ill health.
- There is a quiet room which anyone may use for meditation or prayer or even play the piano in there quietly ( when it is not being used for meditation) or just sit there away from other people if you wish.
- We know that many people are lonely, due to various reasons. We are a safe environment where you can get to know other people.
- It is a place where people may encounter God’s love.
