We have re-opened but watch this space, week on week, for announcements, due to the recent surge of Omicron.

a quiet shared space
where it’s OK not to be OK – nominated for a Kirklees award
Our new drop in centre is where all are valued and no one is labelled and are known by their names.
- It is a place where you can sit and relax on comfy seats and enjoy free cups of tea or coffee and cake or biscuits. A place to make friends and share skills.
- It is a place where it is understood that we are all on a sliding scale of mental wellbeing and where it is possible to access help from the Council’s mental health team without referral.
- It is a place where adults of any faith and none are welcome to belong, to reduce social isolation and deal with the causes of mental and emotional ill health.
- There is a quiet room which anyone may use for meditation or prayer or even play the piano in there quietly ( when it is not being used for meditation).
- It is a place where people may encounter God’s love.
